OPTIMALISASI PENGAJIAN RUTIN MASJID AL-AQOBAH 7 PALEMBANG SEBAGAI UPAYA PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT

This research is entitled Optimizing the Routine Recitation of Masjid Al-Aqobah 7 Palembang as Community Empowerment Effort in Field Islamic Insights. study aims to determine: background holding routine recitation, optimization constraints opportunities advance and implementation recitation management at Palembang. a field with data used form qualitative data. The collection techniques this were through interviews, observation, documentation. Meanwhile, analysis technique uses three kinds stages: reduction, display, verification conclusion drawing. commonly called Interactive Model Analysis based on Miles Huberman's theory. results found that is: lack knowledge mosque administrators surrounding community, an effort manage management, place civilization. Efforts optimize can be done by: utilizing existing facilities, using thin books, combination methods, consumption, attendance lists, congregational social media groups, inviting well-known preachers, public direct, gradual delivery material. Some obstacles are: short time, interest learning, financial problems, busy technical constraints, differences schools. Then there are several mosque: domicile side main road, number housing around mosque, strong commitment speakers, board, youth mothers. four functions: planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating.
